ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT / OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES

FLOUR INDUSTRY

WORK LOCATION: ARNAIZ, MAKATI CITY

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other allied course
• Female applicants only
• 23–35 years old
• At least six (6) months of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing various Trial Balance Accounts for audit and financial statement presentation purposes
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and other government reporting requirements
• Assist in maintaining and updating the MS Dynamics accounting system
• Assist in preparing schedules, reconciliations, and related documents for BIR audit cases and other government reporting agencies
• Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules, and other necessary audit procedures
• Assist in checking bank reconciliations and ensuring reconciling items are properly recorded and adjusted on time
• Assist in preparing BIR tax returns, including EWT, final tax, and VAT returns, with alphalists and summaries of sales, purchases, and importation
• Assist in preparing Accounts Payable (AP) vouchers, check vouchers, and journal vouchers
• Assist in preparing daily cash position reports and check releasing
• Assist in preparing documents for importation purposes
• Assist in updating reports and schedules for Purchase Orders, CAPEX, and Contractor's Monitoring
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
