Job Description

To prepare APVs for the following;
Real Property Taxes
Communications
Transfer of Title related to PWL project
Monthly Association Dues
To prepare Quarterly Creditable Tax Certificate of Suppliers/Contractors & Agents
Other works based on Company exigencies

(General Accounting)

(Project Accounting)

Preparation of sales/ cost of sales and related project reports and schedules
Other works based on company exigencies
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Management Accounting/ Financial Accounting/Accounting Technology/ Accounting Management
Working experience in the related field is preferred for this position but not required
Team-player, with strong attention to details
Knowledge in accounts receivable management, project accounting & general accounting is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Preferably residing near Pasig.

Qualified candidates will be assigned to one particular area under the Finance Department (General Accounting/ Project Accounting/ Disbursement)
