About The Role
The Accounting Assistant will support the accounting department by performing various clerical and administrative tasks. The role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions, assisting with the preparation of financial reports, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Job Qualification/Responsibilities
Payroll preparation with taxation.
Compliance with government agencies.
Computation and preparation of final pay for resigning employees, retirement pay for retiring employees, and separation pay for terminated employees due to just and/or authorized causes.
Preparation and issuance of checks and vouchers.
Preparation and maintenance of the Company's financial reports, records, and general accounting books.
Assist in preparing payroll by collecting and verifying employee time and attendance records.
Ensure accurate payroll data entry and processing.
