Role Description:

• Account Receivable

1.Performs the daily operations of the account payables (A/P) function of the Accounting Department.

2. Utilizes accounting methods and practices that are in strict compliance with company accounting policies and generally-accepted accounting standards and practices.

3. Conducts all A/P transactions in a complete, accurate and timely basis; Prepares A/P reports that are also accurate and reflect the true financial position of the company.

4. Participates and cooperates with the external auditor in the annual external audit of A/P activities.

• Inventory

1. Performs the activities of the General Ledger (G/L), financial reporting, tax and local statutory compliance functions of the Accounting Department.

2. Utilizes accounting methods and practices that are in strict compliance with company accounting policies and generally-accepted accounting standards and practices.

3. Conducts all its functions and activities in a complete, accurate and timely basis; prepares required reports that are also accurate and reflect the true financial position of the company.

4. Participates and cooperates with the external auditor in the annual external audit of the General Ledger and financial reporting activities.

• General Ledger

1. Perform the daily operations of the inventory function of the Accounting Department

2. Utilize accounting methods and practices that are in strict compliance with company accounting policies and generally-accepted accounting standards and practices

3. Conduct inventory accounting activities and prepares the related inventory reports in a complete, accurate and timely basis

4. Participate and cooperates with the external auditor in the annual external audit of inventory which includes year-end inventory count.

Qualifications

• College graduate from a reputable university in an Accounting-related discipline
• Preferably a licensed CPA holder; non-license are welcome to apply
• Preferably with 1 -2 years of direct work experience in accounting operations (account receivable, inventory, general ledger)
