- Receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility.
- Managing the status of accounts and balances and identifying inconsistencies. Issuing bills, receipts and invoices.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year business course.
- Familiar with billing procedures and basic account classification.
- Can handle bank transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone manners.
- Attention to detail, can work with minimum supervision.
- Willing to have Saturday duties if needed.
