Key Responsibilities
Accounts Management: Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and tracking payments to ensure financial accuracy.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain precise financial records and perform timely data entry into our accounting systems.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts, ensuring our financial data is always reliable.
Payroll Processing: Prepare and process payroll while adhering to company policies and legal requirements for compliance.
Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of essential financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements to aid decision-making.
Expense Management: Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions with efficiency.
Tax Support: Assist in the preparation for tax processes and audits by gathering necessary documentation.
Customer & Vendor Relations: Respond to inquiries from vendors and clients about invoices, payments, and account discrepancies professionally.
Organizational Excellence: Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents, ensuring easy access to information.
Budget & Forecasting Support: Assist in budget tracking and financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Competitive range of $17,000.00 - $18,000.00
Schedule and Location:
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday
Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
