Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant at our Taguig location, Zoomhub, Inc. Suzuki Cayetano. The Accounting Assistant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as preparing and maintaining financial statements, processing invoices, and handling bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities include assisting with financial reporting, ensuring accurate entry of financial data into accounting software, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and general Accounting principles
- Proficiency in using Accounting Software for recording transactions and generating reports
- Basic understanding of Finance and Bookkeeping practices
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
