Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and other schedules, data for variance and other financial reporting/analysis.
Prepare monthly government report requirements such as SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth and monthly tax compliance such as Income Tax on Compensation and Expanded Withholding Tax.
Record transactions and maintains book of accounts (Cash Disbursement, Cash Receipts, and Sales and General Journal.
Ensure accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications/postings to accounts.
Prepare vouchers/payments to suppliers Assist in balance sheet ledger accounts reconciliation and other trend analyses Perform petty cash custodianship functions (safekeeping, recording, disbursements).

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course required.
Must be multi-tasking, organized, flexible and pro-active.
Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Recent graduates with no prior experience are encourage to apply.
