Duties And Responsibilities
Record daily financial transactions, including cash disbursements, receipts, and journal entries.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process billing, collections, and payments to suppliers and contractors.
Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash balances.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in payroll computation and related accounting entries, if required.
Maintain organized and updated accounting files and records.
Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and internal controls.
Assist during audits and provide required accounting documents.
Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and billing concerns.
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Officer or Finance Manager.
Job Qualification
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates (preferably)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, or similar).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
