Role Description The Finance Executive role at Agrius IT is a full-time, on-site position based in Manila. This role is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and reconciling financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The Finance Executive will manage daily finance operations, including accounts monitoring, invoice processing, tax-related documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role includes reviewing financial data, supporting budget preparation, tracking variances, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making and cost optimization. The Finance Executive will also assist with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, maintain proper documentation for audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance with hands-on experience in financial management and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to review financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for cost control and performance improvement.
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulatory compliance, including documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, strong MS Excel skills, and attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Manila, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities under defined timelines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
