The Assistant (Station Accounting - Accounts Payable) position helps in providing complete payment transactions of the retail segments. The role ensures an accurate review and process of the records under accounts payable, in compliance with the standards implemented by the government and the company.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Prepare the Adjusted Present Value (APV) within (Service Level Agreement) SLA for the following:
1.1. fuels and lubes purchases
1.2. other non-Purchase Order (PO) transactions
2. Validate and monitor station expenses such as:
2.1. Utilities
2.2. Consumable and Revolving Fund
2.3. Other special requests
3. Prepare monthly reconciliation of expenses and disbursements
4. Maintain and store relevant accounting documents and reports
5. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before on-boarding.
