Qualification

BS Accounting/Finance Management Graduate

Minimum of 10 years of Experience in the following:

- Financial Statement preparation

- Bookkeeping

- Auditing and Tax Compliance

- General Accounting

- Quickbooks

Job Description

The Accounting and Finance Supervisor are assigned to focused on the following but not limited to:

- Financial Statement (Monthly report for the Boards)

- Treasurer's Report

- Responsible to coordinate the Schedule of Accounts

• Schedule of Accounts of Receivable (for Financial Statement)
• Schedule of Advances to employees
• Schedule of Advances to supplier
• Schedule of Amortization and Depreciation
• Schedule of AR-others

- 13th month Charging

- Accrual and VAT

- Accrual Summary

- Encode and supervise other finance staff for BIR Filing to ensure correctness and completeness of the monthly records

• BIR 1601C
• BIR 2550Q
• BIR Relief
• Esubmission of SLSP
• Preparation of SLS

- Preparation of other Audit schedules

- Bonus Charging

- Communication Charging

- Final Pay Computation

- Payroll Charging

- HMO Charging

- Annual PLI Charging

- Remittances Charging

- PnL per Cluster Data Summary

- PnL per Cluster Report

- Check the accuracy of entries in JV, CV, Collections and Billings

- Supervise Accounting and Finance Staff

- Regular review of Internal process in Finance and propose recommendations for process improvements
