Responsibilities
- Oversees and directs the daily operations of the accounting and finance department to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Prepares, reviews, and validates financial statements, reports, and analytical schedules
- Manages general ledger functions and ensures the timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities
- Supervises, guides, and evaluates accounting and finance personnel to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism
- Develops, implements, and monitors accounting and finance policies, procedures, and internal control systems
- Monitors budget utilization, financial transactions, and overall fiscal performance
- Coordinates internal and external audit activities and ensures adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements
- Provides financial insights and recommendations to support management in planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Ensures the proper documentation, safeguarding, and maintenance of financial records and data
- Collaborates with various departments to align financial processes and address reporting requirements
Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant with a valid PRC license
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role or equivalent
- Preferably with accounting and finance experience in a hospital setting
- Proven experience in Financial Analysis
- Knows international Financial and Accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Good to excellent track record
