Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing intercompany transactions, fixed asset accounting, expense management, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Billing and Collections
  2. Service billing to clients.
  3. Processing customer refunds.
  4. Recording non-trade collections.
  5. Intercompany Transactions
  6. Recording and reconciling intercompany transactions.
  7. Processing intercompany non-trade payments.
  8. Procurement and Expense Management
  9. Processing MIRO for direct purchases.
  10. Managing expense accruals and prepaid expenses.
  11. Monthly Forex revaluation.
  12. Assist in budget and latest estimate (LE) preparation related to expense accounts.
  13. Provide monthly OPEX reports and service income accrual.
  14. Reporting and Analysis
  15. Assisting in BPC inputs related to Fixed Assets (FA), Intangible Assets (IA), PEC charges, and Partner Segment.
  16. Preparing ad hoc reports as required.
  17. Balance Sheet and Account Reconciliation
  18. Perform monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
  19. Fixed Asset Accounting
  20. Create asset numbers and maintain the fixed asset register.
  21. Perform monthly depreciation runs and prepare depreciation schedules.
  22. Handle retirement and disposal of assets, recognizing gain or loss if applicable.
  23. ZPC Clinical Trial Services (CTS) Specific Tasks
  24. Manage expense accruals.
  25. Billing to Intercompany for clinical sourcing and monthly service billings.
  26. Management adjustments.
  27. Attend/Support Regional and local queries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of intercompany processes, fixed asset accounting, and expense management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
