Role Description
- Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Maintain and optimize accounting processes within Workday Financials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and audits
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Assist with external and internal audits, including preparation of supporting schedules
- Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Strong Accounting and Finance background
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess financial data effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Workday Financial software is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
