Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Analyst role based in Iloilo. The project details include timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Responds to queries from suppliers and customers and performs general administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to apply core principles in day-to-day operations.
  • Proficiency in Journal Entries (Accounting), account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for variance analysis, data validation, and problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems/ERPs and strong MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented environment.
