ACCOUNTING ANALYST - PASIG

Job Description

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in financial analysis. The role helps maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies while providing timely and accurate financial information to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review and verify accounting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related Accounting or Finance course.
• Preferably with experience in accounting, finance, or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if applicable).
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
