Accounting Analyst

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA is an advantage)
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably knowledgeable using Xero Accounting System
• Proven experience as an accountant
• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Must be available to start immediately / ASAP
• Must be willing to be assigned to client locations as required

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Assist in performing accounting, finance, tax, and audit-related tasks and procedures.
• Prepare and review financial records, reports, and supporting schedules.
• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) processing, including invoice verification, recording, reconciliation, and monitoring of outstanding payables.
• Assist in accruals and month-end accounting activities, including preparation, recording, and reconciliation of accrual entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and other accounting reports.
• Review accounting transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness, and assist in identifying discrepancies or unusual items.
• Assist in the preparation of tax, government, and other compliance-related reports.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and other necessary documentation, and provide support during audit engagements.
• Maintain organized accounting, finance, tax, and audit records and files.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

• Makati City
• On-site | Monday to Friday
• 8AM to 5PM
