About the Role

As Commercial Enablement Analyst (Accounting Analyst) you will sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and Operations. This role will drive business growth and maximize profitability by bridging the gap between accounting and commercial strategies.

What You'll Own

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions and financial recordkeeping, including the accurate processing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, and actively support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely reporting.
  • Assist with financial reporting, budget preparation, internal audits, and maintenance of comprehensive financial documentation.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of accounting procedures and internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or corporate finance support.

Strongly preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, with specific expertise in Power Query for data transformation and modeling.
  • Solid understanding of general ledger structures and Chart of Accounts management. Experience with ERP or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP) is preferred.
  • High attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to handle confidential financial data with strict discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to support compliance documentation and internal control requirements effectively.
