Possibly this role is INDINVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR - will not handle the team
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa -Hybrid – usually Once to 2x a month required onsite work to attend Connection Day; Day 1 is onsite for HR Day; (For reverification the specific number of onsite days)
- Amenable to work on aNightshift schedule: : 5:00PM to 2:00 AM or 6pm - 3PM PHTequivalent to 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting: Preparing journal entries, reconciliations and month - end accounting activities, account reconciliation, Accounts payable,
- Experience in client settlement, payable accounts, posting journal entries, liabilities, accrual, amortization, pulling reports, creating dashboards
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
- PC proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications required
- Experience with existing financial system a plus (Blackline, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with settlement systems such as MBS, CMOD, TRAMS, SNSS a plus
- Experience in FDR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Software Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organization and follow up skills.
- Ability to execute in a fast-changing environment
