Crawford & Company is seeking an Accounting & Admin Supervisor to join our Finance team in the Philippines. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the company's financial operations, oversee accounting activities, and provide administrative support that ensures smooth business performance within a global organization.

As an Accounting & Admin Supervisor, you'll manage a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks from bank reconciliations and financial reporting to overseeing admin processes and ensuring compliance with company standards.

You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting business reporting, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and uphold our commitment to operational excellence.

This position offers exposure to both finance and administration, with opportunities to grow your technical skills and professional expertise in a collaborative, people-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
  • Prepare month-end reports and business files (e.g., Top 20 invoices, insurer reports)
  • Monitor and report on aging of receivables and other financial data as required
  • Prepare and summarize monthly updates related to the Bill and Collect Project
  • Supervise daily tasks of admin staff
  • Review and recommend cash advance requests for approval
  • Review and reconcile cash advance liquidations, reimbursements, and petty cash
  • Post general ledger transactions and monitor fixed asset entries and depreciation
  • Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Prepare fee note requests and related documentation
  • Review monthly tax remittances (expanded, final, VAT) and facilitate corresponding payments
  • Monitor prepayments and amortization schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end performance and financial statements
  • Prepare bi-monthly payroll register and submit debit advice to the bank
  • Prepare and update employee Alphalists (BIR Form 1604F) and annual tax returns (2316, 1702, 1702Q)
  • Process employee last pay and other related clearances
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Finance & Admin Manager

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with strong analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and MS Dynamics NAV 2013 or similar accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
