Job Overview
Accounting Admin (XERO and SIMPRO) provides vital support to finance and operations teams by managing documentation, maintaining accurate records, coordinating client communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups on payments and financial matters. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and professional communication with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare engagement letters and coordinate digital document signing processes.
- Email clients with timely updates, confirmations, and required documentation in a professional manner.
- Assist with payment follow-ups and send reminders to ensure timely client transactions.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in accounting documents and financial records.
- Maintain and update accounting databases, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems.
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams regarding financial updates, inquiries, and documentation requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across systems.
- Support additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in administrative support, accounting support, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and database management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
