The Role
Our client is looking for an
Accounting Admin who will provide support to the Chief Financial Officer in accounting administration.
Location: Must be in Philippines Remote
Environment: Philippine candidates are allowed to apply
Language: Excellent communication skills
Time zone: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time (10:00 PM 7:00 AM Philippines Standard Time), follows Philippine Holidays
Contract: Full-time Contract
Essential Functions
- Compile and format client financial information for analysis or presentation to banks or accountants
- Research and compile client historical operational data from various software applications for analysis
- Compile and populate reports for clients
- Review client bank records for compliance
- Perform internal audits for clients
- Populate annual client budgets and forecasts
- Extract monthly financial data and populate budget variance reports
- Calculate timely KPIs and populate reports for delivery to the client
- Build out workbooks and dashboards for internal clients
- Help to manage calendar and inbox management
- Perform online research regarding clients industry and customers, economic-financial and market trends, and other items as necessary
- Summarize and prioritize tasks to be completed to ensure timeliness in responses
- Assist the chief financial officer with various tasks that arise
- Recommend operational efficiencies
- Create dashboards
- Review monthly financial performance
- Handle other special projects or administrative duties
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field
- Experience in Spectrum is preferred but not required
- Have a finance, accounting, bookkeeping-type background
- Strong computer aptitude, which includes intermediate-advanced Excel skills, and expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a multi-client environment
- Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
- Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
- Ability to function in an autonomous environmentindependent worker, self-directed
