1. Manage daily bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
2. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
3. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expenses claims.
4. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing.
5. Assist in GST submission and tax filings (if applicable).
6. Prepare financial reports and assist with audits.
7. Perform general office administration, including filing, scheduling and correspondence.
8. Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace.
9. Liaise with vendors in relation to property investment and maintenance matters.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirement
1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in admin and accounting roles.
3. Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Strong sense of accountability to deliver the required result on time.
6. Ensure compliance with data privacy when managing sensitive financial information
7. High degree of integrity and work ethics.
