Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Dayshift)
Salary Range: Php 46,000 - Php 53,000

As an Accountant, you will be a vital driver in delivering high-quality accounting services to our Australian partners. This role is a prime opportunity for a professional with a solid foundation in AU accounting to transition into a more complex portfolio, managing diverse entities and mastering the nuances of international tax compliance in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Your Impact

  • Architect of Trial Balance & ATO Compliance: Take point on processing accounts up to the Trial Balance stage and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). You will ensure that monthly/quarterly management accounts, income projections, and superannuation reports are executed with precision.
  • Master of Full-Cycle Accounting: Own the integrity of the General Ledger. From complex balance sheet reconciliations and AP/AR management to daily asset, liability, and expense entries, you ensure that every transaction is verified, allocated, and balanced to perfection.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Beyond standard bookkeeping, you will reconcile asset holdings and process corporate actions. By creating rules for recurring transactions and maintaining open communication between staff and management, you'll help ensure all team targets are met with efficiency.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: At least 3 years of dedicated work experience in Australian Accounting. Crucially, you possess a background working within an Australian public practice or accounting firm.
  • Technical Mastery: Solid knowledge of Australian financial preparation, including BAS, IAS, and FBT Returns. You are comfortable maintaining subsidiary accounts and performing deep-dive reconciliations.
  • The Mindset: An organized professional with exceptional time-management skills and a sharp eye for detail. You are a clear communicator who values confidentiality and thrives in a collaborative, professional services environment.
