Location: Clark, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Full-time
Shift: Monday - Friday | 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT (Night Shift)
Salary Range: Php 53,000 - Php 65,000

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will be a vital engine in the accounting lifecycle. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on the technical precision of month-end closures and the complexities of multi-entity accounting. You won't just process data; you will ensure the financial integrity that allows international organizations to scale with confidence.

Your Impact

  • Master the Month-End Cycle: Take full ownership of month-end close activities, from preparing and posting journal entries to recording critical payroll accruals. You will manage the accurate posting of expenses-including credit cards, health insurance, and fuel costs-ensuring every dollar is accounted for.
  • Champion Payroll & Tax Integrity: Navigate the intricacies of bi-weekly payroll entries and sales tax processing. You will lead the remittance of monthly sales tax payments and ensure that all recurring liabilities are settled accurately and on time.
  • Deliver Bulletproof Reconciliations: Maintain absolute clarity across the general ledger by performing high-level cash and credit card reconciliations for multiple separate companies. Your analytical skills will ensure that ledger accounts remain complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: At least 2 years of solid accounting experience, with a background in payroll accounting and expense management.
  • Technical Proficiency: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on QuickBooks experience is essential. You have a deep understanding of debits, credits, and the mechanics of a general ledger.
  • Core Skills: Exceptional reconciliation skills and a high level of accuracy. You are an organized professional who can manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a zero-error mindset.
