Role Description
This full-time on-site Accountant role is based in Iloilo. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Additional tasks include conducting audits, assisting in budget preparation, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial controls and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Accounting principles, preparation of financial statements, and ledger management
- Experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting
- Strong skills in Reconciliation, Auditing, and Financial Compliance
- Familiarity with Accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certification such as CPA or equivalent is a plus
- Previous experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is an advantage
