Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, lead the monthly close, maintain accurate financials, and improve processes.

Hands-on Sage Intacct experience is required. Strong communication skills are essential.

What You'll Own

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, payroll entries, and GL maintenance.
• Own the month-end and year-end close.
• Manage AP, cash receipts, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and investigate variances.
• Maintain accurate financials across multiple entities.
• Improve workflows using Excel, Sage Intacct, AI, and automation.
• Partner with the finance team and clearly communicate financial results, issues, and updates.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close and financial reporting experience.
• Solid knowledge of AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and GL accounting.
• Hands-on Sage Intacct experience — required.
• NetSuite experience — a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, professional approach.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
