We're looking for an experienced Staff Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities, own the close, maintain accurate financials, and help improve finance processes.
Sage Intacct experience is required.
What You'll Own
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, payroll entries, and GL maintenance.
- Own month-end and year-end close activities.
- Manage AP, cash receipts, bank transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities.
- Identify process gaps and improve workflows using Excel, Sage Intacct, AI, and automation.
- Partner with the finance team to deliver accurate, timely, and well-documented reporting.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong experience with month-end close and financial statement preparation/review.
- Solid knowledge of AP, reconciliations, journal entries, and GL maintenance.
- Hands-on Sage Intacct experience — required.
- NetSuite experience — a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
