Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City for an Accountant specializing in Property Management. The Accountant will handle key financial processes, including preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. They will also oversee financial reporting, analyze financial data, and support the overall financial management of our property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong skills in Journal Entries and core Accounting practices
• Solid foundation in Finance and financial analysis
• Knowledge of property management accounting is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is an advantage
