Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares VAT, Withholding, Documentary, Income Taxes and other taxes as required by local and national authorities
• Ensures maintenance of proper tax records
• Prepares monthly account reconciliation of various tax accounts within the general ledger
• Advises senior management for any changes or proposed changes in tax law
• Assists in the preparation of montly financial statements
• Assisting other groups on special assignment and projects
• Assists in audits and prepare audit work papers
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as may be assigned or apparent

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s) tax accounting, general accounting, auditing
• Knowledge of local and national tax & financial regulations
• Proficiency in automated tax processing system, and proficiency in the use of personal computers and related applications such as MS Office, software and information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications particularly to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, statements and/or projections
• Account balancing and reconciling skills, records maintenance skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fresh graduates ar encouraged to apply
