This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant Officer located in Quezon City. The Accountant Officer will perform daily accounting operations including preparing financial reports, managing budgets, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring records comply with financial regulations. The role involves reconciling bank statements, maintaining accurate financial documentation, and supporting audits. Reporting to management, the Accountant Officer will contribute to financial strategy and decision-making processes.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, financial analysis, and advanced accounting principles
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
• Knowledge of tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and audit preparation
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
• A CPA designation or equivalent is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
