This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Quezon City. The Accountant will be responsible for financial record management, account reconciliations, budget preparation, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial statements, preparing tax returns, analyzing financial data, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audits. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and contributing to financial reporting and strategic planning processes.

• Strong Accounting and Financial Reporting skills, with proficiency in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and performing reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budget Preparation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Proven expertise in using accounting software and ERP systems, along with Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in audit processes and familiarity with local tax and financial regulations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA certification is an advantage.
