Accountant

Job Summary

The accountant is responsible for managing the financial, accounting, payroll,

compensation and benefits, and project accounting functions of the Desalination Plant. The

position ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, monitoring of project

expenditures, timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective

administration of employee compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a valid and current PRC License.

• At least one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping,

financial reporting, payroll processing, or project accounting.

• Experience in project accounting, payroll, compensation, and benefits

administration.

• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
