Job Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and financial statements.
- Generate account balances and analyse financial data.
- Process payments and manage document archiving.
- Conduct insurance policy review and ensure accurate claims and premium processing.
- Prepare financial reports for HQ and field offices.
- Monitor budget vs. actuals and support donor reporting.
- Maintain audit‑ready financial documentation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist internal and external audits and support internal control implementation.
- Perform other assigned finance and administrative duties.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accountant Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required.
- Minimum 6 months experience in insurance or risk fund assessment is preferred but not required; risk advisory is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-culturally and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
