About The Role
As an Accounting Officer at Abraham Holdings, Inc., you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This full-time position is based in Pasay City Metro Manila and will involve a range of accounting and financial responsibilities within the Financial Accounting & Reporting function.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other accounts on a timely basis
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Perform analysis and provide insights to management as needed
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and support
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounting & Reporting function
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
