About The Role
We are looking for
Junior Accountants and Senior Accountants to join our growing finance team and support UK-based accounting and tax clients. The role involves supporting a range of accounting, bookkeeping, tax, VAT, payroll, compliance, and client administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of UK Limited Company accounts
- Support Corporation Tax computations and CT600 returns
- Prepare or assist with Self Assessment tax returns
- Assist with VAT returns and VAT reconciliations
- Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
- Review debtors, creditors, control accounts, and directors loan accounts
- Support payroll, PAYE, RTI, workplace pensions, and CIS processes
- Assist with accounts prepared under FRS 105 and FRS 102 Section 1A
- Support Companies House and HMRC filings
- Maintain accurate accounting records and client documentation
About You
- Accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with numbers, records, and spreadsheets
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to learn UK accounting and taxation processes
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Reliable and proactive
- Able to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
- Professional when communicating with clients and colleagues
