Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant, located in Alaminos. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, preparing financial statements, handling bookkeeping tasks, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring tax compliance. The role also involves reconciling financial discrepancies, managing payroll, and ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, and Financial Statement Preparation
• Expertise in Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Strong knowledge of Tax Compliance and Payroll Processing
• Experience with Accounting Software and general Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• A strong understanding of U.S. and international accounting standards
• Collaborative team player with the ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification is preferred but not required
