THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 15%-Reviews payroll, purchase orders (PO), job orders (JO), disbursement vouchers, and other regular payments, ensuring proper consideration of deductions such as loans, mandatory deductions, and taxes
10%-Ensure compliance with financial policies regarding the payment of expenditures
15%-Reviews the withholding and remittance of taxes, particularly in relation to BIR forms 2316 and 2307
10%-Ensures strict compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in the recording of financial transactions
10%-Ensures that all communications and memos from various offices are addressed and responded to
15%-Ensures that COA findings are adequately addressed and acted upon receipt of the Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM)
10%-Ensures that duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) and Individual Statements of Assets and Liabilities (SALN) are submitted to HRMD by the deadline without any revisions
10%-Ensures strict monitoring of cash advances, payables, receivables, and accounts with PLDT, Globe, and Smart Communications and
5 %-Performs other duties as assigned.
