What You'll Do

Accounts Payable & General Accounting

• Process and review high-volume Accounts Payable transactions for China and Taiwan entities.
• Review invoices, accruals, expenses, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Process accounting transactions using SAP Ariba and Oracle.
• Identify unusual transactions, exceptions, and potential policy or control issues.
• Ensure transactions comply with company accounting policies and internal controls.

Month-End Close & Reporting

• Support month-end closing activities in line with the global and US consolidation calendar.
• Assist with accrual preparation, account reconciliations, financial schedules, and reporting.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and properly supported.
• Assist with investigating and resolving accounting discrepancies.

Employee Expenses & Compliance

• Review and audit employee expense reports for compliance with company travel and expense policies.
• Identify exceptions and coordinate with employees or relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support timely and accurate employee reimbursement processing.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve accounting queries.
• Respond to requests and provide timely follow-up on outstanding transactions.
• Maintain complete, organized, and audit-ready accounting documentation.
• Continuously develop knowledge of accounting processes, policies, and global finance operations.

What You'll Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Language Skills

• Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in Mandarin.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

• Fresh graduates to 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Finance Operations, Audit, or a related field are welcome.
• Relevant accounting internship experience is an advantage.
• Experience working with high-volume financial transactions is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large volumes of financial data.

It's a Bonus If You Have

• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle.
• Experience with SAP Ariba or other procurement/accounting platforms.
• Exposure to automated expense management tools.
• Experience supporting China, Taiwan, or other APAC accounting operations.
