Accountant General Ledger & Intercompany

We're looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Close to join our growing finance team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple global entities while managing complex intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

What You'll Own

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in compliance with US GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on intercompany accounting.

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including intercompany transactions, accruals, allocations, reclassifications, and foreign currency adjustments.

• Own the intercompany close process, including transaction matching, settlements, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and eliminations.

• Support multi-currency consolidations, balance sheet reconciliations, CTA analysis, and accurate financial reporting across global entities.

• Partner with cross-functional and global teams to strengthen financial controls, support audits, improve intercompany processes, and drive continuous process enhancements.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within intercompany, multi-entity, or multinational environments.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, General Ledger, intercompany accounting, eliminations, reconciliations, and foreign currency accounting (ASC 830).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and drive timely resolutions.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and reconciliation tools such as BlackLine or Trintech.

⭐ Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
