About the opportunity:
- Asset Administration: Reclassifies Accounts Payable (AP) CAPEX transactions to the appropriate asset or expense accounts
- Investment Reconciliation: Manages reconciliation of estimated vs actual investments and prepares necessary adjustments as needed
- Junk Sale Management: Prepares accounting entries for asset and net book value assignments
- Administrative Task: Assists in the preparation of balance sheet schedules, BET reports, physical count at various warehouses, and other tasks to support the overall finance team.
This is a Project-Based Role
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any related course.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft 365 Applications
