Job Description

ACCOUNTANT

Salary: Php 30,000 – 35,000 (during probation)

Higher salary upon regularization

Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete financial records, preparing timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations, and providing support during internal and external audits. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of accounting principles, and familiarity with local tax requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate of Accounting or any Accounting-related course

Experience in bookkeeping, financial statements, tax return filing, and tax audit

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
  • Handle tax return preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with BIR rules and deadlines
  • Assist in tax audits, including preparation of required schedules, documents, and explanations
  • Maintain and organize accounting records and supporting documents for audit and reference purposes
