Job Description

The Accountant (CPA) will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, assisting in budget preparation, and supporting overall accounting operations.

• Handle general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage tax reporting and compliance, including BIR filings (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax) and local government fees.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes, preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, manage payroll accounting, and review expense reports for policy compliance.
• Implement internal financial controls and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Requirement Details: Licensure: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience (hospitality, club management, or corporate experience is an advantage).

Skills & Competencies• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.

• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR tax regulations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
