Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Parañaque. The Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling financial accounts, preparing financial reports, overseeing payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, supporting audits, and preparing tax filings. The selected individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by offering insights and ensuring accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; familiarity with accounting systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and reconciliations
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience working in the fitness or service industry is advantageous
