Requirements
Degree in Accounting or a related field
Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA) is highly desirable
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the insurance industry
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate and compliant financial records
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Description
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations
Provide tax planning and compliance support, ensuring the organization meets all relevant taxation requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making
Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and implement appropriate process improvements
