Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure ideas align with the client's brand identity and objectives.
- Help manage timelines and deliverables for projects to ensure they are on track.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Support the creation of content, such as presentations, mood boards, storyboards, and social media assets.
- Assist in preparing visual and written materials for client pitches and presentations.
- Observe and participate in client meetings, taking notes and sharing insights with the team.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Support account managers with daily tasks such as updating project trackers, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in marketing, business administration, or any relevant field of study.
- Communication Skills: Ability to write and speak professionally and persuasively.
- Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Technical Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
