Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Specialist role based in Taguig. The Account Specialist will manage and maintain client relationships, assist in property transactions, and ensure excellent client support. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing property portfolios, facilitating communications, assisting with financial procedures, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through proactive account management and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders and present real estate solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Finance knowledge to support clients in understanding financial documents, property loans, and related transactions.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data review, and property investment evaluation.
  • Experience in real estate is preferred; familiarity with the local property market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or other relevant fields is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
