Job Description

About the Role

As an Account Specialist, you will be in-charge of the proper documentation for the sale of ROPA and written communications in relation to foreclosure documentations. Acts as support to Account Officers for the processing of accounts.

How you'll contribute

  • Process gate pass, booking requirements and release of original documents to buyers by preparing necessary documentary requests to handling units within the specified turnaround time
  • Manages condo accommodations including monitoring and confirmation of received bookings, supervision of maintenance and sanitation of condo units to ensure that users are satisfied with each accommodation
  • Sends out appropriate response to inquiries from different medium of communication to properly address client inquiries.
  • Prepare vouchers for bills on caretakers and condo-related expenses (repairs and maintenance) to ensure that the bank has no outstanding obligations to third parties
  • Handles the unit's petty cash fund through proper monitoring to ensure that there are no outstanding financial obligations and that each expense is properly liquidated
  • Process the request for monthly supplies through coordination with GSD to ensure each unit have the needed supplies for its day-to-day operations
  • Performs data back-up of sold ROPA by scanning and re-checking documents to comply with regulatory requirements and at the same time ease of account pull-out when review is necessary
  • Ensures proper documentation of sale by creating and monitoring Deed of Sale and all contracts furnished to ensure that each account is compliant and with supporting contracts/documentation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Banking and Finance
  • Basic understanding of compliance/regulatory requirements, controls & processes
  • Effective communication skills Ability to adapt to any situation and keen on details
  • Can work with minimal or no supervision
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
