The Role
We're seeking an
Account Processor. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with clients, reviewing documentation, and ensuring accuracy throughout financial processes.
You'll play a key role in supporting small business owners and our Plan Administration and Compliance teams by gathering and reviewing information required for annual 401(k) plan testing and reporting, while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
Location: Must be in the
Philippines – Remote.
Environment: Philippine and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST.
Contract: Full-time Contract.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required; experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, data entry, Microsoft Excel proficiency, ability to manage multiple systems, document review, and problem-solving skills.
- Characteristics: Self-motivated, organized, patient, reliable, collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare annual reporting
- Review document submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy
- Navigate large volume of work with autonomy while also collaborating within your team and department to ensure excellent client experience
- Work with partner financial institutions/custodians to help facilitate client filings and retrieve client data
- Send and receive documents via email with clients
- Send outgoing emails to clients during the plan year reporting process
- Complete data entry for plans with investment management accounts using excel
- Be goal driven and desire to exceed defined role expectations
- Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) Plans
